Shipping policy

Products are handmade. For oils and hair bundles, please allow 7-14 business days. All Units, please allow 21-24 business days. We are not responsible for any packages after shipping and once they have been delivered. We are not responsible for lost packages after shipped or delivered. Please make sure your address is correct before hitting submit or send an email with the corrected shipping address. If you have any problems with your package being lost after shipping or damaged when it arrives, you must contact USPS and file a claim.
